Singtel has begun construction on its largest data centre in Singapore, the DC Tuas.
Singtel has formed a Global Telco AI Alliance with three major telcos, South Korea-based SK Telecom, Germany-headquartered Deutsche Telekom and e& from the United Arab Emirates.
Singtel has partnered with SAP to develop a 5G-enabled edge computing solution which it claims will add “greater cloud functionality” and computing capabilities to its network architecture.
Singtel will be bringing Microsoft Azure public multi-access edge compute (MEC) solution to enterprises in Singapore.
