Frank Buytendijk Joins Hyperion as Vice President of Corporate Strategy
Hyperion (Nasdaq: HYSL), the leading provider of Business Performance Management software, today announced that Frank Buytendijk has joined the company as vice president of Corporate Strategy. In this role, Buytendijk will help drive strategic direction for Hyperion worldwide.
Buytendijk, a highly respected authority on business intelligence and Business Performance Management, joins Hyperion from Gartner, where he was a vice president of Research and Gartner’s lead analyst in performance management. Based in The Netherlands, he will focus specifically on Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Prior to working with Gartner, Buytendijk held positions in the leading Dutch consultant firm VODW/Synergetics. He has also managed the business intelligence development group at Rabobank and has been a systems developer.
