Skyfii strengthens analytic capabilities with the launch of ‘Social Dashboard’
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, April 10, 2017 – Skyfii (ASX: SKF) (Skyfii, or the Company), a data analytics and marketing services company, today announced the launch of Skyfii’s IO Social Dashboard, an additional feature to the Skyfii’s IO insights platform. Adding greater value to their current service offering, being a data analytics and marketing platform for venues and physical spaces.
Skyfii’s Social Dashboard ingests key social media data from sources such as Facebook - using the social platforms’ pre-defined metrics to inform customers on their social marketing impact, in addition to social audience demographic and behavior. This information is then presented in a comprehensive dashboard, with the primary report contrasting social campaign reach to the Skyfii recorded footfall in-venue.
Skyfii Chief Executive Officer, Wayne Arthur, said, “As a business, we’re focused on providing data-driven insights to businesses, and our new Social Dashboard offering is another service that demonstrates our key desire to arm businesses with accurate information to allow for better business decisions. Working with a variety of leading retailers, we’ve identified a challenge – many retail stores and outlets can’t effectively attribute visitation rates to online campaigns – and Social Dashboard will eliminate this difficulty. The Social Dashboard will provide retail marketing managers and owners of bricks and mortar stores with the ability to truly reflect their online social media efforts with campaign objectives.”
Skyfii has already on-boarded two large Australian shopping centres onto the Social Dashboard, with the clients testing the reporting tool over the last couple of months. The new product feature is planned to be released across the remaining Skyfii portfolio over the coming months.
Kelsey McAlpine, Marketing Manager at 151 Property (Strathpine Centre) has been utilising the insights from Social Dashboard throughout 2017.
“The overall consensus is that for each of the assets we share on social media, the social reach of our posts are correlating with visits to our shopping centres, which is great. Furthermore, the audience reports within Social Dashboard offer valuable insights into our customer demographics, which allows us to tailor our social content accordingly.”
