Kiwi Consultancy Scores Partner Award at Inaugural Axway Asia Pacific Partner Summit
SYDNEY – April 18, 2016 – Axway (Euronext: AXW.PA), a market leader in digital business enablement, has announced the winners of its Asia Pacific (APAC) partner awards. Middleware New Zealand, a consultancy specializing in middleware implementations, was recognised for a stellar performance in 2015, and clinched the Best APAC Partner Contribution Award, while the team at PT Strategic Partner Solution (SPS), a leading Information Technology Solution and Services partner in Indonesia, was proud to receive the Best APAC Partner Project Award.
“We congratulate Middleware New Zealand on the well-deserved award and are proud to bring this accolade to the Australia and New Zealand region,” said Colman McCaffery, country manager for Australia and New Zealand, Axway. “The demand for digital business solutions has been accelerating our growth in the region, with partners delivering the value add and integration expertise in some of the region’s largest and most successful transformation initiatives.”
Middleware New Zealand is a niche consultancy with offices in Wellington and Auckland that focuses on providing independent advice, strategy and architecture road maps, as well as solution-led product implementations for all middleware functions. The company has been a consistent contributor and advocate of Axway’s API Management solutions since 2013, and last year accounted for the highest revenue contribution across the partner network in APAC.
Based in Jakarta, PT Strategic Partner Solution (SPS) specializes in digital transformation projects for enterprises in the Financial Services Industry, Public Sector, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Automotive. SPS delivered impressive project outcomes for one of Indonesia’s largest banks, where Axway API Management solutions empowered the company to meet stringent regulatory compliance and data security goals.
The Axway APAC Partner Awards recognise the invaluable contribution partners make toward the success of digital transformation projects underway in the region, enabling enterprises that seek to optimise compliance, innovation, time to market and competitive differentiation. The calibre of the winning partners is also testament to the increasing role of importance and value-add that our partner ecosystem brings to Axway.
“We are very humbled to receive this award and would like to take the opportunity to formally thank both our Middleware New Zealand team, for their hard work and dedication, as well as Axway for their ongoing trust and support. Axway’s commitment to partners enables us to deliver successful implementations spanning multiple industries from local government, to utilities and aviation,” said David Mabon, Managing Director at Middleware New Zealand. “Our marketplace continues to look for new technologies, such as Axway, that can create exceptional digital experiences for their consumers. Middleware New Zealand will continue to support its customers and Axway by showcasing these new and innovative solutions.”
“Partnering with Axway continues to open up new opportunities for us in the enterprise market, especially in digital banking where we have had great project successes,” said Jimy Chandra, Director at PT Strategic Partner Solution. “It gives us and our customers confidence that we have an extremely secure, high performance integration foundation that supports connectivity with backend systems, distributed devices and external entities, including API (Application Programming Interfaces), Analytics For Industries, Managed File Transfer (MFT) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) gateway services.”
The Axway Partner Awards were presented at the inaugural Axway APAC Partner Summit held in Singapore last week. At the two-day summit, partners from across APAC gathered to learn about the latest trends and technologies to help enterprises with the implementation of their digital business strategies. Training and enablement also focused on the recent acquisition of Appcelerator, and what the platform brings in terms of creating mobile apps and integrating them into existing systems using APIs.
“Our business partners play an integral part in delivering Axway’s digital business enablement solutions to help our customers navigate through digital disruption successfully, and these awards recognize those achievements,” said Mike Dayton, senior vice president of global alliances and channels, Axway. “Middleware and PT SPS impressively showcased the innovation and value delivered to customers on their road to digital success.”
