Soprano Design Wins Australia’s 2021 ACOMM Award for Best Mobile Solution

Soprano Design, a global communications platform-as-a-service (CPaaS) leader, was named a 2021 Communications Alliance Awards (ACOMM) winner for Best Mobile Solution for its service to help with COVID-19 contact tracing, vaccine rollout, and hospital-to-patient communications.

The 15th annual ACOMM Awards highlighted the telecommunications industry’s best organisations and achievements in Australia over the past year. How the world adapted to a mostly digital way of living provided a wealth of opportunity for organisations, hospitals, and brands to initiate a more direct way of communicating.

Better customer experience initiatives became mandatory while mobile messaging channels like SMS, email, and voice drove the main engagement between brands and their customers. Soprano saw an influx of organisations across several industries build out their communications initiatives to meaningfully interact during the pandemic.
