CT gets recognised in multiple categories at the 2020 Service Excellence Awards
Australia's peak customer service association, the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA) has awarded Centorrino Technologies as the winner in several categories at the Service Excellence Awards for 2020.
CT won the Customer Service Organisation of the Year for a Medium-Sized Business, as well as the Contact Centre of the Year for a Medium Business. CT also won the Best of the Best Award, which is selected from the category winners on the night.
The Service Excellence Award finalists comprise Australia's leading customer service organisations, who appreciate the value that customer service plays in achieving organisational success.
These wins add to CT's extensive history with the CSIA awards, as we have been recognised every year since 2013. This ongoing recognition is testament to the importance that we place on customer service, which is a key differentiator for CT in the MSP market.
In accepting the award, CEO and founder Adam Centorrino noted, ‘We are humbled to be recognised for these three awards, and this reflects the amazing job that our team has done this year, particularly with the increased workloads brought about by COVID-19.’
The criteria for judging is based on the International Customer Service Standard (ICSS:2020-2025), a framework of twenty-four elements that can be applied equally to government, not-for-profit and for-profit organisations of all sizes and across industry sectors.
