Axios Systems Appoints New Senior Account Manager for its Australian Office

Sydney, Australia, 12 February, 2010 – Axios Systems, the world’s leading provider of IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions, including the assyst software, is proud to announce a new team member, Bill Sanger, for the Asia-Pacific region. The position was created in response to an increasing customer base, with three customers going live with assyst in the last month.

Bill has joined the Australian team as a Senior Account Manager, based in Axios’ Sydney office. He has had more than 12 successful years in the ITSM industry, working with EMC Ionix (formerly Infra) for the last 5 years. Prior to this, Bill worked with Datawatch (formerly Workgroup Systems) in both Australia and the UK, and also with BMC Software in the UK. Bill’s career has given him experience in managing the New South Wales (NSW) region, while also supporting the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) region.

Bill has gained extensive account management experience and has a solid understanding of the ITSM industry, his customers’ needs and, more importantly, how to help them meet these needs. He has worked with various sizes and types of organisation, including enterprise-level and government, across all industry sectors.

Axios believes Bill’s experience will support their planned growth in the Australian and Asia-Pacific market and demonstrate their commitment to the region, helping to strengthen the reputation of the assyst ITSM solution in this market.
