Born in the cloud era, the Jakarta-based business and specialist Microsoft partner continues to build out end-to-end managed services capabilities across cloud and security – delivering expertise across a range of industries including financial services and insurance.
Cloud Comrade wins this award for building an arsenal of cloud technologies across Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure – providing customer guidance from strategy and design to deployment and management. With more than 300 customers and over 500 cloud projects deployed, Cloud Comrade continues to build expertise beyond Singapore borders as Southeast Asia expansion plans become a reality.
Mitra Integrasi Informatika (MII) wins this award in recognition of a standout 12 months delivering enterprise-grade solutions and services across cloud, digital transformation big data, security, hybrid IT infrastructure and business applications in Indonesia. One such example is the deployment of KOMI – a digital banking solution built in collaboration with Red Hat and Software AG to enhance customer experience levels by leveraging data analytics across financial services. MII was also selected by Bank BRI to accelerate digital adoption through a flexible single integration platform, digitising micro-finance through a modernised application suite designed to connect back-end systems to increase services time delivery.

Telstra Purple wins this award for supporting Singapore-based X-Press Feeders – one of the largest container shipping groups in the world – in the deployment of a cloud-based calling platform to embrace a modern workplace across multiple locations globally. In overhauling corporate telephony services, the business maximised the potential of Telstra Calling for Microsoft Teams to create a more connected and productive workforce, in addition to enhancing employee satisfaction levels through an integrated client experience.
Cloud Comrade wins this award in recognition of migrating the core applications of Detrack Systems – a Singapore-based real-time vehicle tracking solution – to Amazon Web Services during an eight-week project. In migrating back-end processes to AWS Fargate – a serverless, pay-as-you-go compute engine – Cloud Comrade eliminated the need to manage servers or clusters, helping the business respond to rapid growth and meet new market demands through a stable and scalable cloud platform.
Customer Capital Consulting wins this award for leveraging bleeding-edge Microsoft solutions to improve citizen experiences in partnership with the Singapore Government. Harnessing the power of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Customer Capital Consulting deployed a modern service management solution to improve internal approval processes while implementing a 360-degree view of service environment capabilities – helping more than 3000 agency employees overcome the constraints of legacy systems in the process.

Mitra Integrasi Informatika (MII) wins this award following a local collaboration with Salesforce and 3 Dolphins – a Jakarta-based AI chatbot solution – to overhaul the student on-boarding process in higher education. Armed by Salesforce Marketing and Sales Cloud, MII combined expertise with 3 Dolphins to create a digitised first layer of communication between students and the campus – allowing 24-hour customer service while also providing a 360-degree view of frequent student requirements.
Athena Dynamics wins this award in recognition of spinning off as a cyber security focused start-up and subsidiary of BH Global – offering advisory services and deep levels of protection expertise. Since inception, the Singapore-based business has acquired more than 130 customers with an order book in excess of $4 million during the first half of 2021.
Homage wins this award for creating a technology-driven care and health services platform across Singapore, Malaysia and Australia – backed by deep levels of industry expertise and bleeding-edge solutions. The platform combines curated and trained care professionals with smart technology to manage and provide on-demand holistic non-medical and medical services to seniors and adults, allowing them to age and recover at home with grace, control and dignity.
Ensign Infosecurity wins this award for creating a pure-play managed security services provider setting new standards for cyber protection in Singapore and beyond. In operating as a joint venture between Temasek and StarHub, the merged business is now targeting expansion beyond city-state roots to tackle cyber threats on a regional scale across enterprise and government sectors.
Xanne wins this award for launching a next-generation telco start-up in the form of Gorilla Mobile – spearheading a new approach to the mobile communications experience across Singapore. Shaped by a service-on-demand model and underpinned by proprietary SwitchBack technology powered by blockchain, Xanne is leading efforts to expand reach into Malaysia and Thailand, followed by Indonesia, Philippines, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.

AsiaPac wins this award in recognition of providing CGS-CIMB Securities (CGS) with first-mover advantage in the financial services through the deployment of VMware Cloud on AWS technologies in Singapore. Following a comprehensive IT infrastructure assessment, the M1 subsidiary leveraged VMware Cloud Discovery to migrate CGS at speed and scale – also implementing VMware vRealize Operations to manage IT operations across multiple hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The migration has helped CGS avoid allocating 50% of overall IT budget to ageing infrastructure maintenance, while allowing the business to respond to increased regulatory requirements around data control.
Cloud Kinetics also wins this award for building a market-leading cloud-centric managed service provider (MSP) spanning Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and beyond ASEAN – underpinned by over 70% of a 325-strong team housing advanced certification in cloud migration and integration. Such expertise was deployed by Sony Pictures Networks to help scale-up OTT – over-the-top – platform capabilities to serve several million customers across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Leveraging Cloud Kinetics’ architectural expertise, Sony Pictures leveraged the power of Amazon Web Services to roll-out a modernised content delivery network built to deliver maximum scalability and reliability.
Ensign InfoSecurity wins this award for developing a suite of AI-based data models capable of detecting
advanced cyber threats based on behavioural analytics.
This patented development technique allows models to perform self-learning functionalities to detect both existing and previously unknown threats faster at speed with a high degree of accuracy, plugging into the Singapore-based provider’s Security Operations Center and delivered with specialised managed security services.
FPT Software wins this award for the development of akaMES – a versatile digital manufacturing platform created to assist manufacturing customers in coordinating and streamlining production activities at the highest level. Built in Vietnam and exported across ASEAN and beyond, the unique IP recently supported Hanoi-based private automotive start-up VinFast in reducing manufacturing costs while enhancing productivity levels – reducing expenses by 10% within the space of three months.

Singtel wins this award for the creation and enterprise adoption of Liquid-X - an all-in-one cloud-based network solution capable of simplifying complex networking with deep visibility, orchestration and agile control. In generating 240% year-on-year revenue growth, Liquid-X has helped Singtel acquire more than 200 customers – predominantly in the Fortune 500 market segment – with more than 1500 sites deployed globally.

Fusionex wins this award in recognition of establishing a market-leading analytics, big data, machine learning and AI specialist – leveraging the platforms of Google Cloud, Microsoft and Amazon Web Services among others. Born in the state of Selangor in Malaysia, Fusionex specialises in helping customers make sense of the vast amounts of structured and unstructured data flooding the enterprise – evident through the deployment of Giant AI, an integrated business suite housing e-commerce, accounting, HR, loyalty and analytics solutions.

Budi wins this award for stepping up to help Cisco partners mitigate and minimise the business impact of
ASEAN, while also helping the channel rebound and prepare for future growth.
With more than 98% of ASEAN revenue transacted via partners, Budi spearheads a predictable and consistent partner-centric route to market, shaped by initiatives such as PLEDGE - a joint demand generation campaign designed to acquire new customer logos. This is in addition to building out MSP capabilities and enhancing business transformation engagements to super-charge ecosystem innovation - helping partners in Malaysia and Thailand maximise the potential of SD-WAN and analytics respectively.
Dileepa wins this award for continuing to support the partner ecosystem through the technical enablement
workloads specific to both Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace. One such example is a recent sync up
with local ISV –
SVM Solutions and Technologies – in Singapore to provide technical advisory services to end-users in relation to Azure, resulting in eight customers migrating to the cloud.
Lawrence wins this award for demonstrating unrivalled expertise in immersive technology, user experience and design thinking - viewed as instrumental in helping DXC win Extended Reality contracts in the Philippines. Armed with deep levels of Microsoft expertise, Lawrence combines technical and business acumen to spearhead multiple mixed reality projects with holographic training materials and augmented reality collaboration tools. Such expertise has contributed to DXC becoming the first global system integrator to earn Gold partner status in Microsoft's Mixed Reality Partner Program.

Rueburn wins this award for overhauling Netpluz Asia’s entire marketing campaign approach to focus
efforts on the
customer lifecycle journey as a business priority.
Transitioning away from sending out bulk promotional EDMs which served to only drive up unsubscribe rates – Rueburn focused on improving lead quality through efficient tracking campaigns, with sales qualified leads increasing from 13% to 70% at a deal closure average rate of 40%.
Sudip wins this award for taking a lead role in helping regional partners of Dell Technologies pivot to
marketing – more than doubling partner marketing contribution to pipeline at 65% - and revenue at 46% -
during the past
Driven by SPARK Partner Marketing Summit, Sudip and his team continue to enable greater partner ROI on MDG campaigns with the regional marketing contributions more than tripling since 2018.
Abbie wins this award for pioneering the growth of Rhipe’s Zoom business across ASEAN and Korea - building a partner ecosystem from the ground up to commercialise the vendor’s reseller program. Within the space of six months, Abbie has on-boarded more than 150 partners across 10 countries, driving $10 million in sales amid an accelerated adoption of video conferencing technologies in Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Brunei, Hong Kong and Indonesia to name but a few markets.
Jason wins this award for overcoming the economic challenges of COVID-19 to exceed company sales
expectations while acquiring key new accounts in the form of NTUC First Campus, Sumitomo Chemicals,
Phillip Securities and ST Engineering.
Jason also contributed beyond his sales number by working with key partners to capture 90% market share of the personal learning devices with Lenovo in education, in addition to supporting the delivery of managed services projects at 800 Super Waste Management, SP Group and OCBC among others.
Highly commended Kan-than Siva - Exigo Tech
Pang wins this award for navigating a challenging business environment to lead Dell Technologies to 28% revenue growth year-on-year across South Asia, underpinned by a 61% order revenue growth delivered via the channel. Under the direction of Pang – and aligned to his approach of ‘Winning Together’ – the team has overcome ongoing supply chain challenges to support customers during the height of the pandemic. One such example is shipping 60 servers in less than two weeks to help a bank in Singapore stand up a virtual desktop infrastructure to support 5000 employees working from home.
Shiju wins this award for stepping up to steer Tata Consultancy Services through the stormy waters of the pandemic in
the Philippines, maintaining high customer standards and employee support levels despite ongoing lockdown challenges.
Within the space of three years, Shiju steered TCS Philippines to a 13.4 per cent growth rate – delivering a total of 241 projects valued at more than US$740 million while maintaining a 94% customer satisfaction rating in the process. This is in addition to recruiting more than 500 Filipinos during the height of COVID-19, alongside providing weekly employee compensation, a household allowance for staff and an additional 14 days of special leave.
