Zebra rolls out healthcare expertise carrot for Southeast Asia channel

Zebra Technologies has unveiled a vertical specialisation for healthcare technology providers in select parts of Asia Pacific, including Southeast Asia.
Under the banner of healthcare specialisation, the program - developed as a component of the vendor’s overall PartnerConnect offering - recognises partner expertise and investment in healthcare technology solutions.
Delving deeper, the roll-out also provides qualified members with “competitive differentiation” and benefits that designed to drive business growth and development.
“Clinical mobility solutions are a growing segment in the healthcare landscape, and medical facilities are increasingly investing in technologies that enhance patient care and optimise workflows performed by doctors, nurses and clinician support staff,” said Bill Cate, vice president of global channel strategy at Zebra Technologies.

Cate said the multi-tier program is designed for healthcare technology providers with “proven success” selling Zebra’s healthcare solutions.
Specifically, these include mobile computers, barcode scanners, printers, patient wristbands and barcode label supplies.
“The Healthcare Specialisation Program enables Zebra’s ecosystem of partners to compete more effectively in the healthcare market and extend the benefits of using innovative devices and solutions to more medical providers globally,” Cate added.
“Ultimately, technology designed for better connectivity and efficiency helps healthcare organisations lower costs and improve the quality of patient care.”
