Underpinned by Customer Data Architecture (CDA), Accenture partnered with Google Cloud to enable real-time, audience centric marketing and personalisation within the local media industry, leveraging integrated customer data to reduce media spend wastage and enhance user journey insights.

AvePoint wins this award for creating a digital exam delivery system for Republic Polytechnic built on Microsoft technologies, allowing more than 16,000 students and staff to quickly adapt to remote learning during the pandemic in Singapore. The integrated platform enables automatic student identity recognition, incorporates anti-cheat artificial intelligence facial technology and intelligent marking to minimise manual errors, leveraging SharePoint, Word Online, ASP.NET Core, Windows Identity Foundation and Windows Crypto solutions.

Telstra Purple wins this award for building a modern workplace to support the secure collaboration demands of 6000 field agents for the Singapore arm of a global insurance company, migrating 13,000 archived mailboxes from Google G Vault to Office 365 Archive in the process. Supported by unique IP consisting of developed scripts in Python and PowerShell, Telstra Purple delivered advanced services in Office 365 Power Platform to build a business application to automate meeting room bookings within corporate offices, as well as streamlining remote application deployments on user devices.

NTT wins this award for strengthening the cyber security posture of a global insurance company to provide a standardised service across the core markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand in Southeast Asia. Conceptualised and built during a nine-month period, Singapore-based Chin Lam leveraged Cisco technologies to create a dashboard (VISION) to provide enhanced network visibility and insights to customers, capable of also overcoming security and automation roadblocks.

Vivian wins this award for consistently championing innovative ideas to deliver support and innovation for partners, employees and communities across Singapore and Malaysia. During circuit breaker and quarantine periods, Vivian pivoted the business to embrace online as partners worked to fulfil increased customer demand, backed by spearheading financial relief packages to the channel while donating over 3000 PCs and printers and 6000 face mask adjusters to frontline workers.

Designed to invite national CEOs to discuss wide-scale transformation in the digital age, the initiative ensured Cisco remained top of mind within the enterprise following media up-take via YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Spotify, Podbean and Joox, setting the stage for ‘The Alpha C-Levels Community’ in the local market.

Patara wins this award for expanding Rhipe’s subscription-based cloud reach across the key markets of Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia in Southeast Asia, holding responsibility for vendor management, business planning, recruiting and sales activities. Under Patara’s leadership, Rhipe’s licensing team closed FY20 with $69 million in annual sales, representing 47 per cent year-on-year growth while doubling Microsoft Azure bookings with CSP seats increasing by 265 per cent to more than $1 million.

Giang wins this award for rising through the ranks at FPT Software in Vietnam, joining the business as a second-year student before advancing to lead the strategic planning and execution of enterprise blockchain platform akaChain. In managing more than 100 employees across seven countries in Asia, Giang founded akaChain to provide ready-made blockchain-backed solutions and make distributed ledger technology a reality for businesses, while also being hand-picked by the Vietnamese Government to help accelerate digital adoption across public and private sectors.

Sanjay wins this award for stepping up support to VMware customers navigating remote and distributed business environments, leading as a champion of channel partners at in-country levels across Southeast Asia. Under Sanjay’s leadership, local partners now hold the highest number of Master Competencies in Asia Pacific and Japan, and the second highest Solution Competency levels with more than 10,000 VMware certified professionals within the ecosystem.
