Sanjay Rohatgi (NetApp)
Sanjay Rohatgi has been appointed as senior vice president and general manager of Asia Pacific at NetApp, tasked with strengthening engagement levels within the vendor’s channel.
Based in Singapore, Rohatgi will also spearheaded business and operations with a focus on driving customer growth, reporting to Henri Richard, executive vice president of Worldwide Field and Customer Operations.
“Sanjay is a proven leader who aligns market delivery with business strategy, especially in companies experiencing rapid growth and transformation in the complex Asia Pacific region,” Richard said. “His skills in partnering with Asia Pacific teams and understanding the Asia Pacific business landscape will be key to driving our continued growth.”
Leveraging more than two decades of enterprise and commercial experience, prior to joining NetApp, Rohatgi served as regional leader of Asia Pacific and Japan at Symantec, having previously held the role of managing director for Cisco’s telecom business in India.
Rohatgi has also held various senior leadership roles with Nortel Networks in Hong Kong, Telstra and BHP Billiton in Australia and British Telecom in the UK.
