Karan Sood (In Mind Cloud)
In Mind Cloud has appointed Karan Sood to the newly created role of chief technology officer (CTO) as the independent software vendor (ISV) builds out technology capabilities.
Founded in 2012, In Mind Cloud is a Singapore-based partner specialising in manufacturing and engineering industries, built on the SAP Cloud Platform.
As CTO, Sood will hold responsibility for the provider’s overall product and technology strategy, in addition to overseeing product management, innovation engineering and design teams.

In 2018, In Mind Cloud unveiled its ‘Manufacturing X’ sales platform, designed to combine customer relationship management (CRM) and configure, price and quote (CPQ) capabilities specific to the manufacturing sector.
The solution is integrated into manufacturing processes and front-end sales operations, while providing “intelligent insights” to drive profitability at a customer-level.
“As a member of our global executive team, Karan plays a vital role in pushing In Mind Cloud to the forefront of expanding its CRM strategy for manufacturing industries and to support our high-growth trajectory,” Cuske added.
Sood previously held various product and leadership positions at SAP, tasked with building and launching global software-as-a-service product lines, with a core focus on product management, user experience and engineering.
