Kaseya has unveiled plans to launch a user conference in Asia Pacific in October to increase regional engagement with managed service providers (MSPs).

Connect IT Asia Pacific will be held in Sydney from 1-3 October, offering three days of “product training and instructional sessions” for partners and customers.

Prior to the event, an MSP M&A pre-conference summit will also take place, specifically focused on how mergers and acquisitions impact partners through their lifecycle.

From a technical perspective, the event will offer “product expertise and best practices” across the entire Kaseya portfolio of vendors, including Unitrends, Spanning Cloud Apps, RapidFire Tools, IT Glue and ID Agent.

“Connect IT is our opportunity to roll out the red carpet for our customers, partners and the entire Kaseya community, and show them just how much we appreciate them,” said Fred Voccola, CEO of Kaseya. “Our goal is to empower every attendee with the tools, knowledge and advice they need to achieve even greater success.

“Nothing excites me more than to interact with our customers and hear first-hand about their challenges and achievements so that we can better understand how best to serve our users.”

According to Voccola, an MSP 360 Profitability Symposium will also be available, aimed at helping MSPs “maintain profitability” through increasing revenue streams, driving out costs and delivering new services.

Other key areas of focus include guidance on selling cyber security and services, in addition to how MSPs can leverage automation to drive internal efficiencies.

The announcement comes five months after ConnectWise launched its inaugural IT Nation Connect event in Australia, driven by increased partner momentum locally.

Held on the Gold Coast in March, the flagship conference spanned the entire Asia Pacific region, providing three days of technology product training, business sessions and networking.
