Synchrony Global has been awarded licensed implementation partner status for SAP Concur as the Singapore-based provider expands across Southeast Asia.
Such status is dependent on “deep knowledge and experience” in implementing cloud solutions across travel, expense and invoice management solutions.
With offices in the Philippines and Malaysia - in addition to Australia and New Zealand - Synchrony Global is a specialist provider of cloud HR solutions and services, and was acquired by Rizing in January 2019.
“Synchrony is the partner businesses can trust to harness the power of their most valuable asset, their people,” said Darcy Lalonde, CEO of Synchrony Global and president of Asia Pacific at Rizing HCM.
“The employee experience is at the forefront of this in our vision, this new partnership is a testament to our continuing commitment to provide our clients with the employee experience to drive solutions that drive business objectives.”
Lalonde said Synchrony Global has “first-hand” experience with Concur, with the partnership commencing after the provider first deployed the system internally, before rolling out to customers.
“Synchrony brings to our business a strong understanding of the challenges faced by all companies in an ever-changing human capital landscape,” added Madanjit Singh, managing director of Southeast Asia at SAP Concur. “Their knowledge and expertise will enable SAP Concur to better position the value of our expense, travel and invoice solutions.
“Our customers will benefit from a proven and leading solution presented through Synchrony’s insights on positively impacting workforce experiences. I am confident Synchrony will play a pivotal role for our success in the Philippines and other Southeast Asia markets.”
Synchrony Global is a specialist provider of HR solutions and services to over 150 local, regional and global organisations across the world.
The company was awarded SAP Partner of the Year for SAP SuccessFactors in Asia Pacific and Japan in 2017, and Partner-Managed Cloud Excellence Award for APJ in 2018.
