Jardine OneSolution Singapore has joined Bright Computing’s reseller program, providing consultation and implementation services for Bright Cluster Manager.
Bright Computing provides platform-independent commercial cluster management software, with tools that automate the process of installing, provisioning, configuring, managing and monitoring clusters for high performance computing (HPC), big data, machine learning, and OpenStack environments.
Meanwhile, JOS employs over 2,000 IT professionals from nine offices across Asia’s business hubs – China, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia and Singapore. The solutions provider is owned by JTH Group, which also owns Innovix Distribution.
Under the program, JOS has already implemented Bright Cluster Manager for HPC with a 400-node cluster in a public sector engagement.
“Bright Cluster Manager has proven to be a comprehensive supporting tool for cluster management and implementation,” said Roger Loh, head of solutions at JOS Singapore.
"The partnership with Bright can increase our flexibility in project management for client’s installation and configuration of accelerated clusters. The delivery enhancement can empower us to better engage our customers in a more focused and productive manner."
JOS and Bright Computing have partnerships with many of the leading HPC vendors in the industry, such as Nvidia, where JOS is an elite partner program member, while Bright is an Nvidia advanced technology partner.
“JOS is a well-respected company in Southeast Asia, providing industry leading HPC solutions to organisations in the region,” said Jack Hanna, director of alliances, Bright Computing. “We are delighted that JOS has chosen to be a Bright reseller and we look forward to working together on some exciting projects in the future."
Bright has reseller agreements with vendors such as Dell EMC, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Cray, IBM, Intel, Huawei, Fujitsu, Nvidia, Microsoft and Amazon.
