Established in 2000, then acquired by Hitachi Consulting Corporation in 2014, the provider offers services in digital transformation, managed services, product engineering services, enterprise application development, in addition to embedded system services, employing over 1,100 professional engineers globally.

“As a testament to their continuous development, Global CyberSoft has expanded its business into new endeavours and spread its presence over the world, aiming to meet the diversified demands of their clients,” said a statement from QTSC, announcing the move.

“Realising that AI is not only a new, challenging, attractive field but also a technology trend leading great interest all over the world, GCS has decided to establish AI Innovation Lab at Helios building, QTSC."

It is expected the new AI lab will focus on developing systems and solutions with the presence of AI, developing systems that are able to observe, analyse and ultimately reason and understand the surrounding environments in order to provide useful insight to human operators.

Furthermore, the lab seeks to build systems which are able to learn, understand, improve themselves and take advantage of data floating around in the digital world.

QTSC was founded in 2001, and is one of the key projects of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, which was built to promote the development of Vietnam IT industry and transform the economic structure of the city.

After 18 years of development, QTSC has attracted 160 ICT companies (52 international companies and 108 domestic ones) and 29 investors with the total amount of 20,755 people studying and working in QTSC.
