CrowdStrike has appointed Inflow Technologies as a distributor in South Asia and India, rolling out endpoint protection solutions through the channel.
Terms of the deal will see the Bangalore-based distributor gain access to the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, with the remit of extending the offering to partners and customers across the region.
Powered by artificial intelligence (AI), the platform combines next-generation anti-virus, IT hygiene and endpoint detection and response, in addition to cyber threat intelligence and proactive threat hunting on a global basis.
“Having CrowdStrike’s product offering in our portfolio will greatly enhance our scope in the area of cyber security offerings,” said Rajesh Kumar, vice president of technology business unit at Inflow Technologies. “With our in-house dedicated specialists, we will be able to execute both sales and technical support to our channel partners.”
Founded in 2005, Inflow Technologies operates as a niche distributor across India and South Asia markets, with specialist expertise in security, unified communications and networking, alongside, storage management, application software and professional services.
The business has presence across 15 locations - including Singapore - and targets a channel base in excess of more than 1400 partners.
According to Kumar, through CrowdStrike, partners will gain “immediate time-to-value" through ease-of-deployment “without friction or complexity”, backed by the “increased agility” of cloud.
“Customers in the APJ region are actively looking to replace legacy AV solutions with next-generation technology to gain adequate protection against cyber threats,” added Geoff Swaine, channel and alliances director of APJ, CrowdStrike.
