Cyber analytics provider ExtraHop has unveiled a new partner program designed to enable channel partners to accelerate the adoption and integration of network traffic analysis (NTA) to help enterprise customers modernise security operations.

Launched from Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore, the Panorama Partner Program will make it easier for regional partners to pair ExtraHop with industry solutions from vendor’s such as ServiceNow, IBM and Splunk.

The aim is to provide enterprise customers with full detection, investigation, and remediation capabilities.

Furthermore, through the new program, partners will have the ability to deliver full cloud solutions using the AWS Consulting Partner Private Offer (CPPO) program, enabling the channel to offer cyber security services to AWS customers.

The vendor works closely with resellers, distributors, managed service providers, and integration partners with domain expertise in security.

“As the demand for ExtraHop Reveal(x) continues to expand, we look to the leading channel partners to support our rapid growth around the world,” said Mark Fitzmaurice, vice president of Global Channel Sales, ExtraHop.

“We depend on our partners to deliver the visibility, speed, and scale enterprise security teams need to rise above the noise of the endless traffic required for digital business.

"The Panorama Partner Program is designed to make our partners highly effective and more profitable based on their investments in ExtraHop."

In Southeast Asia, the rate of cyber security incidents has increased markedly over the past few years as the region undoes modernisation and digital transformation.

In a recent report by UK-based tech research firm, Comparitech, which looked at the vulnerability of 60 countries, Indonesia and Vietnam ranked second- and third-worst, respectively.

In contrast, Singapore was the only country in Southeast Asia that ranked in the top 10 countries globally, in terms of cyber security. Furthermore, earlier in 2019, cyber security was added to Singapore's total defence framework.

The new partner program aims to support partners with industry accreditation that provides the foundational knowledge and tools to accelerate integration of NTA into security operations.

The accreditation program also offers partner sales engineers a deeper technical view of the ExtraHop solution including demos, key use cases and competitive differentiation.

Furthermore, a new partner portal provides easy access to just-in-time (JIT) sales and training materials that help ExtraHop partners identify use cases and fast-track solutions for their customers.

“When looking for strategic partnerships, one consideration is whether those companies fill important gaps for our customers’ security infrastructure,” said Yair Tzur, co-founder and CEO of Epicon.

“With the powerful combination of visibility, real-time detection, and guided investigation, ExtraHop helps our clients protect and accelerate their business. The Panorama Partner Program will help ensure that we are profitable in our partnership."

In addition to the APAC region, the new partner program is available to its global partner community in North America and Europe.
