Nutanix has officially opened a new flagship regional office in Singapore at Suntec Tower 1, set to house 120 staff as part of its continued regional investment.
“This opening marks yet another step in our ongoing commitment to Singapore and the wider Asia Pacific - and demonstrates our confidence and aspirations for the future,” said Duston Williams, chief financial officer at Nutanix.
“Asia Pacific’s dynamism and growth matches our own, so it is only natural that our new regional home should be in one of the region’s most successful states."
The new facility will include a dedicated training centre and collaboration lounge where both staff and customers can get hands on with the vendor’s technologies.
“This workplace is designed for a high growth, fast paced, digital future and embraces all the freedom, flexibility and simplicity that we provide to our customers,” added Matt Young, senior vice president of Asia Pacific at Nutanix.
“We now have one the most advanced offices, in the world’s most dynamic region. We are all thrilled at the opportunities ahead.”
The vendor has been on a regional expansion drive recently, opening a new Tokyo facility and expanding its India operations in Ahmedabad and Pune, bringing its regional presence to 25 offices in 13 countries.

Furthermore, 2019 will see greater opportunities for channel partners in the enterprise cloud vendor’s ecosystem, due to an enhanced channel charter and partner program updates announced in 2018.
The new updates aim to provide greater opportunities for value-added distributors (VAD) and global systems integrators (GSIs) along with additional opportunities for resellers through a range of incentives and accelerated sales processes for all partners.
As part of the new components of the program, the vendor has laid out features designed specifically for VADs to provide access to incentives to help them easily capitalise on the multi-cloud, multi-platform and multi-workload opportunities in the market.
Furthermore, distributors can now leverage multiple resources throughout the sales lifecycle and can easily grow and improve their businesses alongside Nutanix.
