
Sharath Burla (itelligence)
NTT Data Business Solutions subsidiary, itelligence, has appointed Sharath Burla as new CEO of Asia Pacific, replacing Max White in the region.
Burla began his new role on 13 August based out of Singapore and reports directly to Norbert Rotter, CEO of itelligence, NTT Data Business Solutions.
As a result, Uwe Bohnhorst, COO of itelligence AG will continue to act as co-CEO of itelligence, NTT Data Business Solutions across Asia Pacific.
"The APAC region harbours major business potential for us,” said Rotter. “We currently have 550 employees in Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines and Malaysia who will all report directly to Burla.
"Together with our itelligence colleagues in China, Malaysia and India, we intend to pursue much stronger growth in the APAC region and want to make it more profitable."
IT veteran Burla takes on his new role with over 25 years of business experience, leveraging expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), supply chain management and program management.
Burla's most recent position was general manager and offering sales leader for DXC Technology across Asia, Middle East and Africa region responsible for enterprise cloud applications - including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Workday, SFDC and ServiceNow - business across the region.

Originally from India, Burla has lived in Singapore for over nineteen years and is now a Singapore citizen, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and a master’s in business administration from California State University.
Burla is currently pursuing his SAP Masters in Sales Transformation from London, and holds multiple industry and professional certifications including PMP from PMI, CSCP from APICS, SAP, Siebel, ITSM, Six Sigma and others.
