A partnership has formed between Hyland and Singapore-based Activants to deliver advanced document capture, workflow, electronic signature, case and records management solutions to organisations.
Hyland, a provider of software solutions for managing content, processes and cases, will expand its Asia Pacific (APAC) footprint through this partnership.
“This is an important strategic partnership for Hyland in the Singapore region, as we gain the valuable experience of a dynamic company who specialises in digital transformation and business improvement,” said Eugene Chng, director of Asia Pacific, Hyland. “Our solutions will complement their services very well.”
The partnership will provide OnBase, Hyland’s content services platform to Activants, a Singapore-based business process management (BPM) specialists, product portfolio.

Furthermore, Activants’ customers will benefit from new capabilities provided as a result of this partnership, including advanced document capture, workflow, electronic signature, case management and records management.

Hyland will provide a missing piece in Activants portfolio enabling the latter's customers to better manage their document lifecycle, reduce errors and enhance their levels of customer service.

The new capability will be available on-premise, in the cloud, or via a hybrid model.
