Logicalis has appointed Dewi Sanly as managing director of Singapore, as the technology provider expands capabilities across the local market.
The promotion of Sanly also follows the recruitment of Lim Tsu Pheng as chief technology officer for Asia, with both reporting to Logicalis Asia CEO, Chong-Win Lee.
Effective immediately, Sanly will be responsible for driving revenue and profitability growth for the Singapore business, leading local operations which include sales, pre-sales, services and engineering.
Prior to this, Sanly was vice president of sales for the telecommunications and commercial sectors, leveraging more than 23 years of leadership experience.
“I am delighted to announce Dewi's promotion to managing director of Logicalis Singapore,” Lee said.
“She has played an instrumental role in building Logicalis' success in Singapore, and is well-positioned to lead the team through our next phase of growth.
“With her strong leadership experience, I am confident that she will drive further success for Logicalis Singapore and contribute to our vision of being the digital enabler for our customers.”
Meanwhile, Tsu Pheng assumes a newly created role, with the responsibility for developing Logicalis' digital enablement solutions in Asia, including mainland China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan.
Specifically, Tsu Pheng will engage closely with customers and partners, and lead Logicalis Asia in building "world-class, fit-for-purpose IT solutions" to deliver business outcomes for organisations across the region.
“I am excited to welcome Tsu Pheng to Logicalis to drive further innovation in Asia,” Lee added. “Tsu Pheng's extensive technology experience and expertise will be an asset to our organisation and, most importantly, our customers.
“Tsu Pheng will be focused on ensuring that Logicalis Asia is continuously evolving our skills and capabilities in alignment with new market trends, as we help our customers unlock business value through the application of new digital technologies.”
Tsu Pheng joins Logicalis from Cisco, where he headed the professional and consulting services for Asia.
With more than 23 years of experience in the IT industry, he has held several leadership roles in sales engineering, IT consulting and product management.
